Perfect family break in a lovely house close to all amenities Positive: Excellant property with a lovely hot tub and cinema room which made the stay extra special. Also right in the centre of Sheringham, so easy to walk to the shops/pubs/beach. Very well equipped house with lovely extra touches of a welcome pack of cakes and biscuits and popcorn for the cinema room. Beds were very comfortable and we had an abundance of towels to use. The host was very good with communicating with us at all stages of the stay. Negative: Can’t fault it.

A lovely weekend away with friends - the perfect place to stay, a gorgeous property, very comfortable and well kitted ou Positive: The property was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed! Every little detail had been thought out to make it feel like a home away from home. The hot tub was a perfect add on to make the stay really special, and the cinema room was a real luxury! Craig was very attentive and any issues he was happy to help - we will definitely be back to stay again!

Perfect holiday home by the sea! Positive: Perfect holiday by the seaside! The property is in an excellent location right next to the high street and not even 5 minutes walk to the beach. The parking is a huge bonus this close to the beach - we managed to fit 2 cars in there. The house is very well designed and furnished - all bedrooms were good size with inbuilt cupboards and drawers for clothes. Living areas were very comfortable with the cinema room a real plus during the World Cup! Well fitted kitchen and good sized bathrooms. The garden is a lovely place to relax with a book and is a real sun trap. Whilst it wasnt exactly hot tub weather I did go in one evening and was really nice to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. Communication from the host was great and he provided us with a list of things to do in the area which was very helpful. Overall I couldnt recommend this property enough and will definitely be booking again in the future!
